Medicine Prices Review Board (PMPRB), the Canadian Agency
for Drugs and Technologies in Health (CADTH), Federal/
Provincial/ Territorial Initiatives, and the private drug
plans in Canada. An extensive section on the Common Drug
Review (CDR) provides a comprehensive description of the CDR
process including CDR rationale for Canadian Expert Drug
Advisory Committee (CEDAC) decisions, time to decision

This publication is divided into a
two-volume set. Volume 1 contains comprehensive details of
the various Canadian drug benefit plans. Volume 2 provides
formulary submission requirements, deadlines, contacts and
checklists for CDR and non-CDR submissions.
